Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and inspection of all plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Monitor equipment operation and respond promptly to any malfunctions or abnormalities in the production line
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and document all maintenance activities accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot equipment issues and implement effective solutions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to support operational efficiency
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of new equipment and machinery
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to plant optimization projects
Qualifications
- Technical or vocational background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Basic knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and automated systems
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in a plant setting
- Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency situations as needed
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills through on-the-job training
