As a Production Supervisor, you will leverage your expertise in mechanical or electrical systems to optimize production workflows, troubleshoot technical roadblocks, and lead high-performing teams. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure targets are achieved on schedule.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise production personnel to maintain high morale and output.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all production machinery.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose actionable process improvements.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.
- Prepare regular production reports and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer.
- Minimum of 4 years of solid experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in production planning, maintenance management, and process optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing-related software/ERP systems.
- Willingness to work on shifts and support operational demands in the Cabuyao area.
