Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production floor operations to ensure output meets quality and quantity standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of manufacturing operators to maintain high productivity.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
- Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety regulations (OSHA) and internal health protocols.
- Track inventory levels of raw materials and manage work-in-progress (WIP) flow.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare accurate daily production reports and shift logs for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling and floor management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting software.
- Ability to work shifts if required and maintain high attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
