We are currently looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our manufacturing team at our state-of-the-art facility in Taiping, Perak. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the daily production operations, ensuring that we meet our targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. You will lead a team of production associates, coordinate schedules, monitor performance, and implement process improvements. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in optimizing production efficiency and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities include supervising production lines, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations, conducting training sessions, and preparing production reports. You will also collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
We offer a competitive salary package in the range of RM 2,100 to RM 2,500 per month, depending on experience. This is a full-time position based in Taiping.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing of products.
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Monitor production metrics and quality standards, taking corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations.
- Plan and manage inventory levels, material requisitions, and production schedules.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to optimize operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Must be willing to work in Taiping, Perak.
