We are seeking highly driven and experienced Production Supervisors to join our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team in Meycauayan City, Bulacan. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring the efficient flow of production while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards. You will lead and motivate a team of production workers, coordinate schedules, and implement process improvements to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production workers to achieve performance targets and maintain high morale
- Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP standards, and company policies at all times
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production workflows
- Track and analyze production metrics, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements
- Manage inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods to optimize production flow
- Conduct performance evaluations, training, and development of production staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing principles, and quality control systems
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and production management software
- Willingness to work in shifts and flexible hours as needed
- Prior experience in supply chain, warehousing, or logistics is a plus
