Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure all targets are met within the stipulated timeframe.
- Manage and allocate manpower effectively across different production lines to maximize efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and workplace discipline to ensure a zero-accident environment.
- Monitor production yield and quality control standards to minimize defects and material loss.
- Coordinate with the planning department to resolve bottlenecks and ensure material availability.
- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and productivity.
- Report production performance, inventory levels, and maintenance needs to senior management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervision role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass (relevant for the role).
