Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance and output quality
- Perform routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting on machinery
- Monitor production processes and report any deviations or quality issues
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets
- Assist in inventory management and material handling
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production facility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational degree is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with operating industrial equipment and machinery
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures
- Ability to work in shifts and overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting light materials
