Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality
- Perform material preparation activities including mixing, measuring, and loading raw materials
- Execute filling operations according to established procedures and specifications
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Conduct routine quality checks and inspections to maintain product standards
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous
- Basic understanding of production equipment and machinery operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Good communication skills in Malay and basic English
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required
