Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery to ensure continuous output.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet stringent safety and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with ISO and workplace safety regulations.
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report equipment malfunctions to the maintenance team promptly.
- Prepare raw materials and handle chemical substances according to Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
- Accurately document production data and daily shift reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or NITEC in Engineering or related fields.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or chemical production environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform tasks in a manufacturing floor environment.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data logging.
- Willingness to adhere strictly to safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Ability to commit to the duration of the contract.
