As a Medical Representative, you will collaborate closely with crossâfunctional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and logistics to ensure seamless product availability and timely feedback from the field. Responsibilities
- Promote and detail Lakeside Pharmaceuticalsâ products to physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and execute effective territory sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong, longâterm relationships with key opinion leaders and decisionâmakers.
- Conduct product presentations, clinical discussions, and product sampling in compliance with ethical guidelines.
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
- Prepare accurate call reports, manage sample inventory, and ensure adherence to SOPs and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1â2 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical detailing, or healthcare sales.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and the local healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in a fieldâbased role.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; familiarity with digital engagement platforms is a plus.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to compliance with industry codes.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
