Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with key healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists)
- Promote and sell pharmaceutical products through targeted visits and educational presentations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Organize and conduct product training sessions for medical staff
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for regional management
- Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or related healthcare field
- 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel extensively across Central Luzon
- Strong analytical skills and market awareness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
