Responsibilities
- Strategically market and promote Dyna Drug Corporation's women's health, maternal, and childcare products to physicians, hospitals, and pharmacies within the Quezon and Bicol territories.
- Build and sustain strong, long-term professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and medical institutions.
- Conduct compelling product presentations and detailing sessions to small and large groups of medical practitioners to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical data.
- Develop, execute, and monitor strategic territory business plans to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations for management.
- Organize, coordinate, and participate in medical lectures, roundtable discussions, and product symposia.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure product availability at key accounts and distribution points.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and detailed reports on sales performance, promotional expenses, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or a related life sciences field.
- Proven track record as a Medical Representative or relevant experience in pharmaceutical / medical device sales is highly advantageous.
- Solid understanding of therapeutic areas related to women's health, maternal care, and pediatrics is a distinct plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (fluency in both English and Filipino is required).
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and demonstrates exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively within Quezon Province and the entire Bicol Region.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ownership of a personal vehicle is a significant advantage.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and outstanding internship experience in a related field are encouraged to apply and will be considered for training.
