Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of critical business programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication regarding program status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive performance monitoring by tracking key metrics and identifying opportunities for operational optimization.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations to remove blockers and streamline execution.
- Proactively identify project risks and develop robust mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Synthesize complex data into actionable insights to improve service delivery and stakeholder decision-making.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and processes are standardized across the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within the tech or e-commerce sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance monitoring tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage high-stakes, cross-functional projects in an agile environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate effectively under pressure.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is highly desirable.
