Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear and concise program updates, risk assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Develop and implement operational frameworks to drive efficiency and optimize delivery service levels.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and bottlenecks through proactive problem-solving and process improvement.
- Collaborate with data analysts to monitor program performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance existing operational workflows and user experience.
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication to ensure seamless coordination between product, engineering, and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a high-growth tech or e-commerce environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex programs and delivering measurable operational results.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
