Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status to the nursing team.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as required.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to improve client well-being.
- Assist with mobility and exercises under supervision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and care plans.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing and documentation.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid Singapore work pass (if applicable) or eligibility to work.
