Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing HR and organizational development projects
- Support project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and stakeholder communications
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful implementation
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for project-related activities
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions related to HR initiatives
- Analyze project outcomes and prepare recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or project coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HR practices and organizational development principles preferred
