Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
- Monitor project performance, tracking cost, schedule, and risk metrics, and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Implement project control processes and best practices to ensure consistency across multiple workstreams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, and drive corrective actions when variances occur.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to define scope, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing project data and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in project controls, scheduling, or cost management within Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics.
- Proficiency with scheduling software such as Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills and handsâon experience with data analysis tools, especially Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Solid understanding of risk management, earned value analysis, and earned value management (EVM) techniques.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and reportâwriting abilities in English.
