Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple ICT initiatives.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and escalate risks or issues to the project manager.
- Assist with budgeting, resource planning, procurement, and contract administration as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, change requests, and versioned artifacts.
- Facilitate meetings, capture requirements, and help translate business needs into actionable tasks.
- Ensure quality standards, timelines, and deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
- Support project closure activities including post implementation reviews and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or administration, preferably within ICT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Malay; strong client facing skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and multitasking capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team; proactive and solution focused.
- Positive, professional demeanor with a customer centric approach.
