Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, resource allocation, and task assignments to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate clear communication.
  • Prepare, manage, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones to identify potential bottlenecks or scope creep.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and capturing actionable minutes.
  • Assist the project management team in budgeting, resource estimation, and procurement tracking.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
