Responsibilities

  • Support the Transition Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of deployment tasks.
  • Track project milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and presentation materials.
  • Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and follow up on outstanding issues.
  • Assist in change management activities, including user training and communication plans.
  • Monitor resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization of personnel and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or transition management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
