Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closure phases
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting with precision
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Implement rigorous quality control standards across all project deliverables
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address potential delays or risks
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation and status reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project development or supervision
- Proven expertise in managing real estate or property development projects
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities for cross-functional coordination
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
