Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
- Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with architectural drawings and engineering specifications.
- Identify potential site issues proactively and develop effective problem-solving strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive site progress reports and update project schedules regularly.
- Supervise sub-contractors to ensure safety protocols and site cleanliness are strictly maintained.
- Attend site meetings and provide technical input to resolve coordination conflicts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
