Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project schedules and track progress against milestones, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Prepare and interpret technical drawings, site reports, and construction documentation.
- Manage site logistics, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency to optimize construction productivity.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity and adherence to building regulations.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and implement engineering solutions promptly.
- Ensure that all environmental and safety standards (WSH) are strictly upheld throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field recognized by the PE Board Singapore.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering or construction project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), and project scheduling software like Microsoft Project or Primavera.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, BCA requirements, and WSH regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to manage technical documentation and project budgets effectively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid certification in relevant WSH courses (e.g., BCSS, WSHM) is highly advantageous.
