Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the end-to-end planning and execution of commercial and residential solar PV installations.
- Coordinate site activities and supervise sub-contractors to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, progress reports, and permit applications.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal engineering teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Support the procurement process by monitoring material delivery schedules and quality control checks.
- Ensure all project work complies with local building codes, electrical regulations, and environmental safety standards.
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in solar PV projects or general construction management.
- Strong understanding of solar PV system design, grid connection requirements, and industry-standard installation practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and documentation tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead site meetings and liaise with diverse project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for safety and technical detail.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Singapore as required.
