Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project In Charge to join our team at Kempal Construction & Supply Corporation. This is an urgent hiring need, and we are looking for someone who can immediately take charge of ongoing construction projects in Makati City.
As a Project In Charge, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. You will lead project teams, manage resources, and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.
Key responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring budgets and schedules, and reporting progress to senior management. You will also ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, conduct regular site inspections, and resolve any issues that arise.
The ideal candidate is a professional with a strong background in construction project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary package of ₱27,000 to ₱40,000 per month, commensurate with experience, and the opportunity to work on exciting construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules; implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and clients.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and resolving conflicts.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services within approved budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, permits, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City and be available for immediate start.
- Professional license (e.g., CE, RA) is an advantage.
