Kempal Construction & Supply Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project In Charge to join our growing team in Makati City. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
As a Project In Charge, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to drive project success.
This position offers a competitive salary range of ₱24,000 to ₱32,000 per month, with opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within our established construction firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor progress and resolve issues
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on all project sites
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and compliance reports
- Optimize resource allocation and material procurement to maximize efficiency
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate risks to prevent project delays and cost overruns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or supervision
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-team collaboration
- Knowledge of Philippine construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional engineering license is a plus but not required
