Are you a detail-oriented construction professional with a passion for safety standards? Safeway Fire Safety Specialist Phils. Inc. is looking for a dedicated Project In-Charge to oversee fire safety installation projects in Santa Rosa, Laguna. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring that all fire suppression and safety systems are installed according to engineering specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations.
You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with contractors, and ensure that our high standards of quality and safety are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day on-site operations for fire safety installation projects.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor site progress and ensure all works comply with approved plans, fire code standards, and local building regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety protocol adherence.
- Manage materials inventory and equipment usage to minimize waste and ensure cost-efficiency.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly progress reports for project management review.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and conflicts to prevent project delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Licensed Engineer (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction project supervision, preferably in fire protection or MEPF works.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine Fire Code and NFPA standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams effectively.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Willing to work on a project-based arrangement in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
