Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end projects to meet business objectives and deadlines
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability among members
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and budgetary constraints
- Facilitate stakeholder communication through regular reporting and progress updates
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance project efficiency
- Resolve conflicts and obstacles to maintain project momentum and deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project leadership roles within retail/construction
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
