Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of digital products, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless product integration.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation maps to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Identify and proactively mitigate project risks and issues, implementing contingency plans as required.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to foster an iterative development culture.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all technical and business requirements are accurately recorded.
- Monitor and report on project KPIs, using data-driven insights to improve future delivery cycles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT Project Management, specifically focused on digital products.
- Proven track record of managing full-lifecycle digital projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong proficiency with project management software such as JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Possession of professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with diverse regional stakeholders.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing multi-disciplinary and remote teams.
