Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless workflow.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
- Manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and control costs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to site locations as needed.
