Responsibilities

- Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, and civil engineers to ensure technical feasibility and design integrity.
- Monitor project progress daily, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage procurement processes, subcontractor selection, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, including financial updates and milestone achievements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Project Management within the interior design or civil construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction materials, interior design principles, and civil engineering processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
