Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve issues and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve objectives
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification preferred
