Project Manager (Licensed Civil Engineer)

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager (Licensed Civil Engineer) to join our team in Plaridel, Quezon. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for the successful delivery of complex marine-port construction and infrastructure projects. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to guarantee project milestones are met efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of marine-port and infrastructure projects, from initial planning and design to construction, commissioning, and close-out.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans using industry-standard tools.
- Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations (OSH).
- Act as the primary liaison between the company, clients, subcontractors, and government entities, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement effective corrective and preventive measures.
- Review and approve technical drawings, contractor billings, and procurement requests to maintain project controls.
- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to project teams, promoting best practices in civil and marine engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC Registered).
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, specifically in marine-port and heavy civil infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects valued at multi-million pesos on time and within budget.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marine construction methodologies (e.g., pile driving, coffer dams, dredging, marine concrete works) and local regulatory standards (DPWH, DENR, PPA).
- Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project), design software (AutoCAD), and advanced MS Office Suite skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Willingness to be based in Plaridel, Quezon, and travel to various project sites as required.
