Rymnet Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee complex ICT projects from initiation through successful delivery. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring seamless coordination among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for end-to-end project lifecycle management, including strategic planning, detailed scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for complex ICT initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules aligned with business objectives
- Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently across multiple project workstreams
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and team members
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience in ICT environments
- Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in project scheduling, budget management, and resource planning
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with a strategic, analytical mindset
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies
