As a Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the successful execution of large-scale construction projects. You will oversee all aspects of site management, client communication, and team coordination, ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of complex construction projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Monitor site progress closely, ensuring adherence to the construction program and budget control.
- Implement and maintain rigorous Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety (QEHS) standards on site.
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and claims.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and coordinate with authorities for regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and lead site supervisors and engineers to foster a high-performance team environment.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project management within a reputable A1 or A2 construction company.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of local building regulations, codes of practice, and BCA requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PE, or related) is highly regarded.
