Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all phases of construction projects from conceptual design through to final completion.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.
- Monitor site progress and conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with architectural specifications and safety regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports for senior management.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to maintain project transparency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; Licensed Architect (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction or real estate industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and construction methodology.
- Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and contractors effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail regarding structural and aesthetic integrity.
