Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee full-cycle construction projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate daily operations between site supervisors, engineers, and quantity surveyors to maintain site productivity.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and quality management systems (ISO/WSH).
- Manage project documentation, including progress reports, variation orders, and technical submittals.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential bottlenecks and implement effective corrective measures.
- Supervise project budget allocation and material procurement to ensure cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, or AutoCAD).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and WSH standards.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Proven track record of managing high-value construction projects from inception to completion.
- Professional certification (e.g., PMP or related construction management credentials) is highly preferred.
