Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality control.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and minimizing cost overruns.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management regarding project status, risks, and milestones.
- Identify potential project bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to prevent delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related Construction Management field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or AutoCAD).
- Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, construction safety standards, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
- Professional licensure (e.g., Licensed Civil Engineer) is a significant advantage.
