Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of complex construction projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and site progress to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and technical documentation for stakeholders and management.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor site personnel to foster a high-performance culture on the ground.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of professional experience in construction project management, preferably in Singapore.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction sites and cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or BIM).
- Relevant certifications in construction safety and project management (e.g., PMP, WSH certification) are highly advantageous.
