Elitez Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex residential and government construction projects in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, from planning and design through to construction, quality control, and final handover, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of residential and government construction projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; implement corrective actions when needed.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government agencies to resolve technical and regulatory issues.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality assessments, and risk evaluations to maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Report project progress to senior management, stakeholders, and clients, providing transparent updates on milestones and KPIs.
- Mentor and supervise site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing mid‑ to large‑scale construction projects, preferably in the residential and public sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s building regulations, BCA requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, BIM tools).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CITPM, or Green Mark) are advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work on‑site as required.
