Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of residential and government construction projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
  • Develop and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and government agencies to resolve technical and regulatory issues.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore’s building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, quality assessments, and risk evaluations to maintain high safety and quality standards.
  • Report project progress to senior management, stakeholders, and clients, providing transparent updates on milestones and KPIs.
  • Mentor and supervise site teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing mid‑ to large‑scale construction projects, preferably in the residential and public sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s building regulations, BCA requirements, and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, BIM tools).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CITPM, or Green Mark) are advantageous.
