Spacey Design is seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to lead our fast-paced Design & Build activations and fit-out projects. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational excellence, ensuring that every project—from initial concept to final handover—is executed with precision, quality, and strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
As our Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with designers, contractors, and clients to manage project lifecycles in the dynamic Metro Manila market. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure, excels at problem-solving, and maintains a 'gold-standard' approach to construction quality. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of design and build projects, ensuring seamless execution across all phases.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
- Coordinate with internal design teams and external subcontractors to ensure alignment with design specifications and brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety standards, and adherence to construction documentation.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in project management within the construction or fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and site management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and client expectations.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, or similar) and architectural software (AutoCAD/SketchUp) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
