As our Project Manager, you will act as the key liaison between clients, design teams, and on-site contractors. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of interior fitout and construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to translate creative concepts into actionable site plans and technical drawings.
- Coordinate with vendors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure material quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce workplace safety standards, and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Prepare detailed project status reports and financial updates for management and key stakeholders.
- Manage permit applications, building regulations compliance, and project documentation.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams to manage expectations and ensure high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in project management specifically within the interior fitout or commercial construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or BIM software).
- Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction site management protocols.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
