Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and closure of industrial projects.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project performance, track milestones, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to align expectations.
- Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Mentor junior project staff and promote continuous improvement in project management practices.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and stored according to company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in industrial or construction sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations applicable to industrial projects.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
