Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize IT infrastructure and systems projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Manage project resource allocation and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team to ensure seamless execution.
- Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically handling infrastructure and software systems.
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, Prince2).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or Asana).
