StaffKing Pte Ltd is currently seeking two (2) highly motivated Project Managers to join our growing team. This is a critical new headcount opportunity focused on delivering high-impact Structured Cabling and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) projects across Singapore.
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of ICT integration, overseeing projects from inception to handover. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and onsite technical teams, ensuring all deliverables meet rigorous industry standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Structured Cabling and ELV infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with vendors, sub-contractors, and internal engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce site safety regulations, and resolve technical challenges in real-time.
- Develop detailed project schedules, progress reports, and documentation for client submission.
- Ensure compliance with international ICT standards and local building codes for all cabling and ELV installations.
- Manage project resource allocation, including materials and manpower, to optimize efficiency.
- Liaise with stakeholders to provide timely updates on project milestones and potential risks.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, ICT, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management specifically within the ELV or Structured Cabling sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and PA systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and floor plans.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate onsite technical teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) is highly advantageous.
