Senopati Fujitrans Logistic Services is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and oversee warehouse construction projects across the Jakarta metropolitan area. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise warehouse construction projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans while monitoring progress against milestones
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and timely procurement of materials
- Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections to maintain construction standards and safety protocols
- Manage project documentation, progress reports, and risk assessments while proactively addressing issues and variances
- Optimize resource utilization and implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality or timelines
- Foster effective communication among team members and provide strategic guidance to achieve project deliverables
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, environmental standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related technical field from a reputable university
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction project management, preferably within industrial or warehouse facilities
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget constraints
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling, cost tracking, and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification will be an added advantage
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to various project locations across Greater Jakarta as required
