Responsibilities
- Analyze project requirements and prepare comprehensive technical proposals and quotations for commercial air conditioning tenders.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and design-build teams to ensure technical specifications align with client needs.
- Conduct on-site surveys and technical evaluations to determine the best HVAC solutions.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure sales orders and close deals effectively.
- Provide ongoing technical support and after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in HVAC sales, specifically within the commercial air conditioning sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, chillers, and related equipment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the Central and Johor regions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong drive for closing sales.
