Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a project-based or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and high level of initiative.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry landscape in Metro Manila.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
