Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities for Greeâs residential and commercial product lines in the Yogyakarta region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, property developers, and key decisionâmakers.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical support and afterâsales teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Gree brand and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably in the HVAC, home appliances, or building materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Yogyakarta market and local business culture.
- Selfâmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
