Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities for Gree’s residential and commercial product lines in the Yogyakarta region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, property developers, and key decision‑makers.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the technical support and after‑sales teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Gree brand and generate leads.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably in the HVAC, home appliances, or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
