Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from initiation through closeâout.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Track project budgets, authorize expenditures, and prepare costâcontrol reports.
- Facilitate regular site meetings, produce minutes, and report progress to senior management.
- Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of kitchen equipment and accessories.
- Implement qualityâcontrol checks and ensure final inspections meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or site management, preferably in commercial kitchen or interior fitâout projects.
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and basic AutoCAD or similar design tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problemâsolving skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Metro Manila.
